Reiki is easy to learn. It is past from the master to the student in a beautiful ceremony called an Attunement. This intensifies the life force energy we already have. This focused energy can then be used for self-healing as well as for healing others. It also enhances all other modes of healing, including western medicine.
Reiki is like a powerful light that fills each person illuminating and transforming the darkness within. It has the simplicity of the greatest truth. It is an energy --so powerful it inspires awe and so gentle it feels like unconditional love.
A treatment gives you an experience of a gentle, relaxing radiance flowing through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, mind and spirit. Emotions are often touched and released. People report many beneficial effects including deep peace and relaxation, safety and wellbeing. Many experience transformational results.
Reiki sessions are $50 an hour and $70 for 1.5 hours. For a chronic or serious illness a series of sessions are recommended. A package of 5 weekly 1 hour sessions is $200.
For those who wish to become a Reiki practitioner Marjaana offers classes on all levels, normally taught over a weekend. Private classes are available. You will be attuned to the traditional Usui Reiki energy appropriate for each level. You will receive reference material or a handbook and a certificate for completion.
Level I class is for learning the Reiki flow, the hand positions, and self-healing. Tuition $175
Level II class is for learning the Usui symbols, distance healing and healing others. Tuition $250
Master Level class is for learning the meaning and application of the Usui Master symbol, giving and receiving Healing Attunements. Tuition $350
Master Teacher class is available to those who have studied the Master level with Marjaana.
Marjaana has practiced energy healing since 1988. She became a Reiki Master Teacher in 1996 and has offered Reiki treatments and classes on all levels ever since in the Inland Northwest.
